You may only use and become an account-bearing member of Photoraterapp if you are 13 years of age or older.

You warrant that you have the right, authority and capacity to enter into and be bound by all of the terms stated on this page and that by using Photoraterapp you will not be violating any law or regulation of the country in which you are resident. You are solely responsible for your compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations.

Rules regarding content You are able to post things on Photoraterapp, including photographs/images, text, personal information, contact information, and other content ("content").

You may not upload and/or post any content to the site which

contains expletives or language which could be deemed offensive or is likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy any other person; is obscene, pornographic or otherwise may offend human dignity; is abusive, insulting or threatening, or which promotes or encourages racism, sexism, hatred or bigotry; incorporates the image or likeness of any individual under 13 years of age; encourages any illegal activity including, without limitation, terrorism, inciting racial hatred or the submission of which in itself constitutes committing a criminal offense; is defamatory; relates to commercial activities (including, without limitation, sales, competitions and advertising, links to other websites or premium line telephone numbers); involves the transmission of "junk" mail or "spam"; contains any spyware, adware, viruses, corrupt files, worm programs or other malicious code designed to interrupt, damage or limit the functionality of or disrupt any software, hardware, telecommunications, networks, servers or other equipment, Trojan horse or any other material designed to damage, interfere with, wrongly intercept or expropriate any data or personal information whether from Photoraterapp or otherwise; or itself, or the posting of which, infringes any third party's rights (including, without limitation, intellectual property rights and privacy rights). Additionally, Photoraterapp does not permit photo tests for which

the photo contains no clearly visible people; the photo subject's gender and/or age is mislabeled; the photo is extremely racy or explicit (even if not pornographic); the photo or caption contains messages to photo raters, URLs, screen names, or contact information; the photo contains multiple photos combined into one image; or the photo does not appear to be for use in an online profile or genuinely seeking feedback. Whether or not photos or content meet these criteria is at the sole discretion of Photoraterapp.

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for, and bear all liability in relation to, any content that you bring to the Photoraterapp site.

Without limiting any other remedies, we may suspend, terminate, delete, limit, or modify Accounts or access to the Service or any portions thereof, hold, delay, or remove hosted content, take legal and technical steps to prevent access to the Service, or take other action consistent with these Terms, with or without notice to you, if we suspect or determine, in our sole discretion, that you have failed to comply with any of these Terms or have otherwise engaged in illegal activity or improper use of our Service. This may result in the loss or termination of your Account, information, persona, rankings, benefits, in-game purchases, or other losses. We are not and will not be held responsible for loss of any Account, information, persona, rankings, benefits, in-game purchases, or other losses incurred, and are under no obligation to compensate you therefor.

We reserve the right to stop offering and/or supporting our Service or any portion thereof at any time for any reason. If this does occur, your access to use the applicable Service will automatically terminate and you may lose access to any content that you may have submitted or were in the process of submitting. We reserve the right to terminate any Account that has been inactive for 180 days or more. We are not required to notify you in advance of these actions, or to provide you any refunds, compensation, or any material or non-material benefit for discontinued or terminated Service or losses resulting therefrom.

Termination

You may choose to close your Account for any reason and at any time. If you choose to exercise this right, please inform Lingwars that you wish to close your Account by submitting a deletion request in your profile page by clicking Delete button. You understand that if you close your Account, you may no longer have access to information previously associated with your Account (including, without limitation, your game progress).

If you believe your account has been terminated in error, contact our customer service via this contact form.

When you request to delete content or your account, the deletion process will automatically begin no more than 30 days after your request. It may take up to 90 days to delete your data after the deletion process begins. While the deletion process for such data is being undertaken, the data remains subject to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. After the data is deleted, it may take us up to another 90 days to remove it from backups and disaster recovery systems.

We may terminate or suspend Your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions.

Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
